Camp Arrival: Monday, July 6, 2026 - 3:30-5:30 (dinner at 6pm)

Camp Departure: Saturday, July 11, 2026 - 1pm (following lunch)

Family HEART Camp is a residential retreat. Only registered families and staff participate. We begin and end the week together, without outside visitors, to create a strong, safe community container, where trust can grow and learning can deepen.

There are central bathhouses with flush toilets and warm showers.


Cancellation Policy: 

We know family life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy balances care for your needs with the financial commitments required to hold camp.
  • If we cancel: You receive a 100% refund.
  • If you cancel on or before April 6, 2026:
  • Refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between April 7 – May 17, 2026:
  • Refund minus 40% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or after May 18, 2026: No refund
