Description

Camp Arrival: Sunday, July 5, 2025

We will have one day to set up camp and prepare to welcome campers who begin to arrive at 3:30 pm on Monday, July 6, 2026.

 

Camp Departure: Saturday, July 11, 2025 

Families will leave by 1pm and our staff will stay to pack up camp. We expect to leave the site by 5pm.

Lodging Options:

  • Rustic cabins with bunk beds
  • Tent camping - bring your own tent & gear

 

There are central bathhouses with flush toilets and warm showers.

 

 

Cancellation Policy: 

We know family life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy balances care for your needs with the financial commitments required to hold camp.

  • If we cancel: You receive a 100% refund.
  • If you cancel on or before April 6, 2026:
  • Refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
  • If you cancel between April 7 – May 17, 2026:
  • Refund minus 40% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or after May 18, 2026: No refund
