Arrival:  3:30-5:30pm on Monday (Dinner served at 6pm, followed by the opening circle)

Departure: 2:00pm on Sunday

 

 

LODGING OPTIONS

  • Indoor Lodging:  Each family has a room or rustic cabin to themselves. (limited number available)
  • Tent Camping: Families provide their own tent & camping gear.

There are flush toilets and warm showers throughout the camp

Description

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel due to circumstances that changed after you made your original plan to attend camp. We value flexibility, knowing that you are tending to the needs of your family. We want to be responsive to both your needs and those of the organizers of FHC who have made financial commitments in order to hold camp. 

Our cancellation policy is guided by our care for your needs and our needs for financial sustainability and integrity. We have made agreements with our venue and our chef, each requiring a final count for camp by a specific date. This final count determines the fee we pay them, regardless of cancellations after that date. 

  • If we cancel we will return to you 100% of your tuition payment.
  • If you cancel on, or before Friday, June 6 2025, we will refund your tuition, minus a (10%) cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after June 6, 2025 will not be refunded*
